United States Orders

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • The carrier and available service levels will be shown at checkout.
  • Pricing is based on real-time carrier calculated rates. Rates are subject to change at any time.
  • If you select USPS, we may upgrade you to a same-or-better tier of service from FedEx or UPS at no additional cost. 

Canada Orders

Orders shipping to Canada are sent via USPS (handed off to Canada Post), DHL, UPS, or FedEx on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)/DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.

  • The carrier and available service levels will be shown at checkout.
  • Pricing is based on real-time carrier calculated rates. Rates are subject to change at any time.
  • You are the IOR (Importer of Record). This means you are responsible for importing the goods into your country. Please make sure you understand your country’s import rules and any restrictions that may apply before placing an order. Customs may need to contact you in order to clear the shipment. Please make sure you have a valid email address and phone number attached to your order.
  • DDU/DAP Disclaimer (applies to all non-US shipments): You (the buyer) are responsible for all import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any other customs charges required by your country. These charges are not collected by us and are not included in your order total or shipping charge.
  • Please note: If customs clearance is not completed, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority. We are unable to issue refunds for orders that cannot be delivered due to unpaid duties, taxes, fees, or failure to clear customs.

Mexico Orders

Orders shipping to Mexico are sent via USPS and handed off to Correos de México, the national postal service of Mexico, on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)/DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.
